There's no getting around it—hot weather has settled into to Tennessee, and it's not even officially summer yet! But don't let that deter you from having some outdoor fun when you're visiting the Smokies. In fact, ziplining is the ideal warm-weather outdoor activity. And when you're thinking zip line, Pigeon Forge, TN is the place to go—home of Smoky Mountain Ziplines.
First, on our 14-line canopy tour, you'll have it made in the shade—literally. Our lines are strung securely between mature foothills hardwoods, offering endless shade throughout your adventure, which can offer up to three hours of zipline fun! Also, don't forget that on our fastest ziplines, you'll be traveling through the air at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour! That's a nice breeze to have blowing by you on a warm day.
And finally, there's very little footwork involved on our zipline course. We provide transportation from our outpost to our courses, and once you're there, you're looking at very short walks between the end of one line and the start of the next. The longest walk is maybe 50 yards long, but even that is level, shaded and comes complete with a drink stop where you can cool down with some nice, cold water.
Our air-conditioned outpost also offers a wide variety of ice-cold beverages that will help you stay hydrated, both before and after your zipline journey.
